A mere online presence won’t serve the purpose of reaching out and impressing your target audience, to beat the competition you need a well designed website with a good search rank and for that you need help of companies which provide complete solutions in http://www.vsworld.com/?loadSwf=swf/webDevelopm... website designing and development and http://www.vsworld.com/?loadSwf=swf/seo_sem.swf search engine optimization.

Oh yeah! I actually forgot that you did the SEO for them. I think they've got a great service and great, simple, easy to navigate site. I'm curious to see how hard they've been pushing for online generated rev.

Finding ways to keep communicating with your local clientele both through hard copy and more often through your online activities key. You're right, selling online can be profitable in smaller markets too but smaller companies in smaller markets truly benefit from the power of personal relationships. Online communication really helps to keep that unique relationship moving forward.

Thanks for the post! We just launched http://www.NannyInChicago.com as well. We'll be launching a lot of these and then put in our SEO focus, so hopefully your predictions will be right!

If your a business owner in a smaller town but offer products that many people are interested in I think you can really take advantage of selling to people online. There is only so many customers when you live in a small town and the possibility for them to make a good living can be difficult.

I find the shout out to Frogbox interesting, Wes, because I know you're not aware that I was the one who did the initial SEO on that site. Glad to see the rankings are still holding.
