In life, sometimes it’s the simple things that give the most pleasure – a sunny morning, the smell of clean laundry, waffles breakfasts, and of course a simple yet addicting online game.  Let me introduce you to the simplistic fun of Die Fail Whale, a game that lets you shoot that annoying fail whale of Twitter fame.  In this game similar to the old-fashioned Duck Hunt, you are given 25 seconds to shoot as many fail whales as you can.  Bullets are scarce though, so you frequently have to reload, which frankly is annoying since seeing that infuriating fail whale pop up just makes my trigger finger twitch convulsively – who has time to reload?!

If you become good enough, you can submit your high ranking scores to the Die Fail Whale hall of fame, and ironically enough you can tweet your scores! For a game that plays on user’s frustrations with Twitter, this site seems rather preoccupied with hooking you into it.
